PETS: WE ACCEPT DOGS. Added fee of $200 for each Dog!  Well-behaved non-shedding housebroken CRATE TRAINED dogs can join your group by paying the extra fee for each dog. Dog Must be crated if left alone in house. Yard is fenced. No puppies allowed.

Local beaches only down the road 6 miles, and walking distance to famous planned I'on neighborhood. Close to nearly all Wedding Venues. Convenient to the Shipyard Ball field.

This is Scanlonville - Remley's Point,  on a quiet dead end street... an old Historic neighborhood - demographically and ethnically diverse and deeply rooted in the Gullah-Geechie culture.... settled after the Civil War. If you are uncomfortable with diversity, then don't book here. Neighborhood was a prime stop on the famous Chitlin Circuit. Local homes can be moderate houses, ramshackle shacks, or Mega Million dollar mansions. We have it all in this in demand neighborhood!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
